1. Use of Service
You agree to use Sysri only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights in Sysri are owned by Aqsa Technologies Pty Ltd.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sysri is provided "as is". Aqsa Technologies Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
